Mequasah Simpson is a Certified Health Coach and Hormone Health Specialist who helps women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and midlife without losing their minds, muscles, or mojo. With advanced training in Integrative Nutrition, Hormone Health, Yoga, Myofascial Release, and Breath-work, her work blends evidence-based insight with a warm, real-world, bio-individual approach.​
Her coaching style is rooted in the belief that health isn’t a one-size-fits-all formula — and that every symptom is your body whispering (or yelling) for attention. She’s walked the road herself — hormone shifts, burnout, mystery symptoms — and believes her lived experience has shaped her into the empathetic, grounded guide she needed.
Mequasah helps clients get curious (not panicked) about their labs, their stress, their energy, and their food patterns. She meets you with compassion, curiosity, humor, and a firm belief that self-trust is the most powerful supplement you’ll ever take.When not working, she’s hiking through nature, lifting something heavy, nerding out over hormones or historical fiction, or playing games with her daughter, husband, and chosen family.
