Hart Dasteel
Internal Family Systems Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator,
EFT Tapping Coach, Kambo Practitioner
Hart is a trauma-informed somatic guide with over a decade of experience in the healing arts. His path began as a massage therapist and has since evolved into a multidimensional practice rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), breathwork, and EFT tapping. He supports individuals in reconnecting with their inner truth, integrating meaningful experiences, and stepping into greater alignment with who they’re here to be.

In addition to one-on-one work, Hart has been facilitating a somatically focused men’s group for the past two years, and he regularly leads both individual and group breathwork ceremonies to support emotional release, nervous system repair, and connection to the sacred. He also offers Kambo—a non-hallucinogenic secretion from the Amazonian Kambo frog—used traditionally for physical, emotional, and energetic purification. Though often challenging, Kambo has been anecdotally reported to support the healing of conditions such as autoimmune disease, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and more, with many experiencing a deep sense of renewal, clarity, and vitality on the other side.

As a father to two young children, ages 7 and 4, parenting is one of Hart’s greatest teachers. His lived experience as a father informs his work with humility, care, and devotion, and fuels his passion for supporting other parents and families on their own journeys of healing and evolution.
Clients often describe Hart’s presence as steady, intuitive, and deeply authentic. He offers a grounded and compassionate space for exploring the full spectrum of the human experience—from grief and trauma to emergence, creativity, and soulful expansion. His work invites people home to themselves—more connected, more whole, and more free.
