Group Holotropic Breathwork

Service Description

Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful, transformative breath-based practice designed to help produce mental and emotional healing and personal growth through deep self-exploration and “release” of harbored emotions tied to “negative” experiences in one’s life. This practice involves: • Deep, connected breathing for an extended period, resulting in the participant being able to be more present in their body, free from inner “chatter” and distraction; likened to the state one attempts to achieve when practicing meditation • Evocative music designed to support emotional and inner experiences • A safe, supportive group setting, guided by a trained, experienced facilitator • Time afterward for integration and reflection
