Service Description

Reiki is an ancient Japanese practice of channeling energy to promote healing and relaxation by balancing the energy centers of the body known as “chakras”. It is a no contact or minimal contact therapy, where the practitioner hovers their hands over the clients body while the client is lying down. Experiences vary from person to person, but you may notice mild tingling, waves of heat or see vivid colors, experience emotional release, or a sense of deep relaxation during your session.
